Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to various departments within the district, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and manage communication on behalf of district leaders.
Coordinate virtual meetings and conferences, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared.
Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Perform data entry tasks and assist with maintaining records and documentation.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed, providing research, organization, and communication support.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
